What this site is

This site presents the services of Groupe Sayed and its divisions: real estate brokerage, renovation through Sarenov, and new construction through Sayko.

Real estate brokerage is carried out by Bilal Sayed Ali inc., residential and commercial real estate broker, through Royal LePage Humania Centre. Groupe Sayed is the umbrella brand for the group and is not itself a real estate agency.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a brokerage contract. Property descriptions, prices, evaluations and timelines shown here are indicative and can change without notice. A brokerage relationship begins only when the mandatory forms are signed.

Intellectual property

All content published on this site is the property of Groupe Sayed inc. and the site's creators. That includes images, text, logos, documents and downloadable files.
